Managed and directed all activities related to the design, entitlement and development of Hawks Pointe, a hotly contested singular residential master planned hillside community spanning the cities of both La Mirada (LA County) and Fullerton (Orange County). Project included two concurrent General Plan Amendments, Zone Changes/Specific Plans, Development/Affordable Housing Agreements and EIRs, as well as the abandonment of 86 oil wells and extensively regulated habitat restoration for the California gnatcatcher.
Managed and directed the $50 million, 2 1/2 year competition, entitlement and plan amendment process for the Tustin MCAS, including the Specific Plan Amendment, Supplemental EIR and Disposition and Development Agreement. Project included 850 acres, 1200+ homes, 7+million square feet of nonresidential uses and 170 acres of open space.
